Common High FODMAP foods by group.

All the following should be excluded during the elimination stage.

Fruits - nectarines, peaches, watermelon
Vegetables - artichokes, asparagus, beetroot, (more than two) brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, garlic, leeks, onions, peas, the white part of spring onion
Cereals – barley, rye, wheat
Nuts - cashews, pistachios
Galactans
(GOS)
Legumes - baked beans, chickpeas, dried beans, lentils, soya beans including soya milk.
Disaccharides
Lactose
Dairy Produce - Milk, yogurt, fresh cheese such as cottage cheese, ricotta, mascarpone.
Monosaccharide
Fructose (in excess of glucose)
Fruit - apples, cherries, dried fruit, figs, pears, peaches,
mango, tinned fruit, watermelon
Vegetables - asparagus, artichokes, sugar snap peas
Sweeteners – Agave Syrup, Honey
Polyols
Sugar polyols
Fruit - apples, apricots, blackberries, cherries,  nectarines, pears, peaches, plums, prunes, watermelon
Vegetables - cauliflower, mushrooms, sweet potato
